Returns and exchange details
*** Very important! Please be sure to check sizing charts on individual products before ordering.

Each item is made to order just for you. Returns are not accepted. Exchange for size will be accepted if we sent you the wrong item. Please check the size charts prior to making a purchase. Hoodies and sweatshirts are not eligible for exchange or refund.

How do I exchange a product?

Exchanges are made if you receive an item other than the one on your receipt or if the item arrives damaged. We will replace your damaged item with the exact same design, size, and color of the original item. Requests must be made within 15 days with proof of wrong item received/proof of damage.

*** Items sent back to us in used condition, including washed, stained, odors, or with pet hairs will not be exchanged.

*** Each item is made just for you. Size charts are provided to help you choose the correct size. If in doubt, measure a shirt in your closet and match the measurements to our size chart.

*** Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable since I can’t sell them again.

I take great pride in my commitment to customer service. However, certain circumstances are beyond my control. Please note that I cannot be responsible for:
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.

*** Our store is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Please note that It is the responsibility of the buyer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase

When an order is placed, we will process your order within 12 hours. The best time to change the shipping address is before those 12 hours. We are unable to change the order information afterwards.

However, if you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, we will try to fix it if possible
